Gnomes Win Tight Western Amateur Circuit Race Wednesday, September 2nd , 2026 For the 3rd time in franchise history, the Yuma Gnomes are champions of the Western Amateur Circuit. It was all triumphant shouts and high-fives in the Yuma clubhouse when the clinch became official, with much optimism about the club's chances in the playoffs. "From the start of spring training this is where you envision yourself being," said starting pitcher Mike Terranova. "Playing for a chance to win the Amateur Circut Cup is what it's all about and we think we're going to get it done." The club currently has a 86-57 and will be looking to capture the 3rd Amateur Circut Cup championship in franchise history. |
