Yuma Halts Santana's Hitting Steak Saturday, August 15th , 2026 Roberto Santana's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 21 games, as the San Diego Aztecs dropped their contest with the Yuma Gnomes, 5-4, at Yuma Grounds. Santana failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-6. After the game Santana spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. On the season, Santana is batting .316 with 15 home runs and 64 RBIs. He has played in 119 games. |
