Adrian Moore Sidelined for Season Monday, May 25th , 2026 The doctors have spoken and Adrian Moore of the San Diego Aztecs didn't like what he heard. The 29-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Moore sustained his season-ending injury during the Arlington Stars game yesterday at Knights Grove. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the San Diego medical staff reported Moore had a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 12 months. So far this season, Moore has compiled a 2-1 record with a 2.91 ERA. |
