EAC Player of the Week Goes to Zavala of St. Petersburg Monday, May 25th , 2026 Luis Zavala kept his eye on the ball last week and now all eyes are on him. The St. Petersburg Pelicans right fielder easily swung his way to the Eastern Amateur Circuit Player of the Week Award with 9 hits in 19 at-bats. Zavala hit .474 last week with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 5 runs scored. So far this year, Zavala is batting .313 with 7 home runs. |
