The Math Says - Washington Out of Playoffs Sunday, September 27th , 2026 Washington Warriors starting pitcher Wilson Benitez said his team's effort to get into the playoffs fell "heartbreakingly short." But that's the situation they are faced with, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. The Warriors have missed the playoffs 15 times in their 27 years as a Professional Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 11th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2015. Washington last won the Pro Circuit Cup in 2012. |
