Though he had a stellar game, Victor Ocejo could not prevent his team, the St. Louis Lions, from losing, 6-3, to the Miami Sun Sox. Ocejo hit 2 home runs. With the win, the Sun Sox are 26-61.

Miami took a 5-3 lead on Danny Gomez's 12th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Gomez hit in the bottom of the eighth, left St. Louis pitcher Hector Reynoso visibly frustrated.
