Roadrunners Lose, 7-4, at Inferno Field
El Paso second baseman Skylar Cole had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the San Diego Roadrunners, 7-4. The Roadrunners, 6-6, continue their so-so start to the 2026 season.

El Paso third baseman Eric Linkletter contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a curveball to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 14th hit of the season and put the Diablos ahead, 7-4.

"We've got great fans," said Linkletter. "I hope they got what they came for."
