RCL East Picks Top Performer Monday, September 15th , 2025 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Toronto (R) shortstop Adam Benitez. He went on a rampage last week against RCLE hurlers and rapped out 11 hits in 17 at-bats for a .647 average while hitting 2 home runs, driving in 5 runs and scoring 2 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the RCL East Player of the Week trophy. Benitez was honored today at a press conference. Looking at his stats this year, Benitez has compiled a .340 batting average, while hitting 10 home runs and driving in 52 runs. He has played in 90 games and scored 59 runs. |
