RCLW Top Pitcher for August Picked Monday, September 1st , 2025 In August Houston (R) starter Franklin Rangel mystified RCL West hitters and carried off the Pitcher of the Month honors by chalking up a 2-1 record in 4 starts. The 18-year-old Rangel added 31 strikeouts in 29 innings and 12 walks to his season record and compiled a 2.17 ERA. Opposing batters hit .184 against him.
