Pantani's Season Could be Over Thursday, July 3rd , 2025 The season is ending on a bad note for Armond Pantani, starting pitcher for the San Diego (R) Roadrunners. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Pantani was hurt against the San Francisco (R) Peanuts while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn rotator cuff and will be out for at least 10 months. So far this season, Pantani has a record of 1-5 with 76 strikeouts and 31 walks in 67.2 innings and a 2.39 ERA. |
