RCLE Pitcher of the Year Award Announced Wednesday, October 29th , 2025 It was a dream season for Josue Salazar of Tampa Bay (R) Thunder. He pitched his way to a 11-4 record and carted off the 2025 RCL East Pitcher of the Year Award. Working 124.1 innings this year, Salazar made 22 starts, struck out 136 and crafted a 2.32 ERA. He gave up 93 hits and 55 walks and limited other teams to a .206 average. He received 18 first place votes out of a possible 24. Yale Miller of the Tampa Bay (R) Thunder finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Dan Patterson of the Toronto (R) Titans finished third with 2 first place votes.
