Dyer Clips Gnomes for Cycle Monday, September 1st , 2025 Joe Dyer of the Houston Apollos had an outstanding game against the Gnomes. His 4-hit day included a cycle and 6 RBI as Houston picked up a win, 17-4, at Yuma Grounds. "My bat felt great, I was seeing the ball well and I found some gaps," he said. "As a hitter, it's all you can ask for." Joe Dyer hit a two-run double in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Taisuke Takahashi in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, tripled in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th. This season, Dyer has delivered 103 hits in 309 at-bats for a .333 average with 14 home runs. He is getting on base at a .421 clip and his totals also include 64 RBIs and 55 runs scored.
