Bad News for New Orleans, King Injured Wednesday, August 6th , 2025 The season is finished for Jonathan King of the New Orleans Buccaneers. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Buccaneers closer suffered a fractured elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Hollywood Stars. Team doctors said it would take at least 5-6 months to heal. To date, his season stats show King has 10 saves with a 4-6 mark and 3.18 ERA. |
