Oilers Starter Wins EAC Pitching Award Friday, August 1st , 2025 July's premier pitcher was Jerry Major of Oil City Oilers. He pulverized Eastern Amateur Circuit hitters all month long and picked up the Pitcher of the Month award. The Oilers star hurler fashioned a 3-0 record en route to the honor. He had 39 strikeouts in 35.1 innings and compiled a 1.27 ERA. Other clubs hit .168 against him. On the season, Major has a 3-0 record with a 1.27 ERA. |
