Mavericks Gable Lost for Year Thursday, July 10th , 2025 Medical officials from the El Paso Mavericks reported that the club's 26-year-old reliever, John Gable, suffered a torn back muscle in yesterday's matchup against the Tulsa Twisters while throwing a pitch. Gable is expected to miss 5 months of action. Gable's record this year is 0-and-1 with no saves and a 4.88 ERA. He has given up 19 hits in 24 innings with 28 strikeouts. |
