2025 Pitcher of the Year Award Winner Announced Sunday, November 2nd , 2025 Wan-fang Zhi is the latest Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit Pitcher of the Year Award winner. The D.C. starter really shone on the hill time and again and finished 2025 with a sparkling 16-6 record. In 32 starts, he fanned 199, walked 60 in 222.2 innings and posted a 3.07 ERA. Zhi held opposing hitters to a .242 batting average. He received 16 first place votes out of a possible 20. Javier Mata of the Ottawa Capitals finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Alejandro Hernandez of the Albany Senators finished third.
