WSPC Rookie of the Year Award Handed Out Friday, October 31st , 2025 The Western Semi-Pro Circuit has presented its Rookie of the Year Award for 2025 and the honor went to Alberto Ramirez, the fine Saskatoon second baseman. The 27-year-old Moose newcomer took the trophy by hitting .279 in 142 games and finished with 149 hits, 32 home runs, 97 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Saul Plancarte of the Southern California Empires finished second in voting, while A.J. Rossow of the Green Bay Braves finished third.
