Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit Best Rookie Named Friday, October 31st , 2025 For several weeks the rumor mill had it that the 2025 Rookie of the Year Award winner was a foregone conclusion and the trophy would go to D.C. left fielder, Abraham Murillo. It is no longer a rumor -- the Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit made it official today. Murillo won the award by hitting .344 and collecting 134 hits, 8 home runs, 49 RBIs and 78 walks. He scored 64 runs and posted a .453 on-base percentage. He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 20. Bobby Stern of the D.C.
