Leo Guerrero to Miss 4-5 Months Saturday, July 13th , 2024 The season is finished for Leo Guerrero of the Arizona (R) Suns. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Suns reliever suffered ulnar nerve entrapment while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the San Diego (R) Roadrunners. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal. For the year, Guerrero has collected no saves in 8 relief appearances. He has also notched 12 strikeouts and 5 walks in 13 innings while registering a 1.38 ERA and a 0-0 won-lost record. |
