Wild Card Clinched by Cutthroats Wednesday, September 25th , 2024 As the clock struck midnight in the Denver (R) Cutthroats clubhouse, the celebration showed no signs of slowing down. The Cutthroats were certainly ready to celebrate their RCL West wild card berth. "It's time to let off a little steam after a grind of a season," said starting pitcher Joe Lambert. "We may act a bit like teenagers tonight celebrating, but we'll be back to being big leaguers tomorrow." With a 48-35 record, Denver (R) will be seeking its 2nd PBC Rookie Complex League championship. |
