San Francisco (R) Won't Make Playoffs Friday, September 20th , 2024 It's not quite the championship run that fans in San Francisco (R) might have envisioned. The San Francisco (R) Peanuts were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. "There are a lot of good clubs in PBC Rookie Complex League and unfortunately we couldn't quite make it into that elite group this year," said Peanuts manager Cris Jauregui. San Francisco (R) last appeared in the postseason in 2015. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 17-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Peanuts have only made the playoffs once. |
