Knights Won't Get Playoff Berth Friday, September 20th , 2024 The Los Angeles (R) Knights quite simply didn't have what it took this year. The club was formally eliminated from playoff qualification in 2024. "It feels bad," said Knights center fielder Brontë Sortras, when asked for his response by reporters. "Having your biggest hopes of the year dashed feels bad." Before this season, the Knights had made the playoffs 2 times in a row. In the 17 years they have been a PBC Rookie Complex League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 13 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Knights have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
