Dallas Loses Pedro Sanchez Saturday, September 7th , 2024 Pedro Sanchez is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Dallas organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 4 months with bone chips in his elbow. The 24-year-old starting pitcher suffered the injury throwing a pitch in a recent game against the St. Petersburg Pelicans. Sanchez has gone 4-9 this season with an ERA of 5.33 and 73 strikeouts in 103 innings pitched. Other clubs are hitting .310 against him. |
