Oilers Hurler Named August's #1 Starter Sunday, September 1st , 2024 The Oil City Oilers felt very secure when they sent A.J. Dean out to the hill last month. The 32-year-old starter went after Eastern Amateur Circuit hitters with a vengeance and earned August's Pitcher of the Month award. He went 3-0 with a 1.21 ERA as he struck out 28 in 29.2 innings over 4 starts. |
