Calgary, Allentown Confirm Swap Thursday, November 28th , 2024 According to BNN there were mixed emotions by the players involved in the trade between the Calgary Caracals and the Allentown Fleetwings. As part of the deal, the Caracals swapped 24-year old 2B Austin Bombard to the Fleetwings getting 33-year old RHP Sal Santaella in return. The players indicated it was good to get a fresh new start in another city, but it was difficult to leave your friends on the old team. To date in his career, Santaella has pitched in 130 games, piling up 28 saves with 214 Ks in 200.1 innings. He has a record of 19-20 and a 3.64 ERA. |
