D.C.-Newark Deal: Rincon for Yamanaka Sunday, November 3rd , 2024 Acknowledging that it may not be the biggest splash, the Potomacs announced today that they have acquired 32-year old LHP Joam Yamanaka from the Newark Eagles in exchange for 19-year old CF Tien-kai Fen and 22-year old C Jose Rincon. "Every little bit helps," announced the Potomacs, "this deal should improve both squads." Yamanaka has compiled a lifetime ERA of 3.54 with 11 career victories and 14 defeats. He has 219 career strikeouts in 221 innings and has held opponents to a .251 batting average. |
