Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Garrison Thursday, October 31st , 2024 Calgary Caracals closer Dennis Garrison said he loves to come into the game when the outcome is in jeopardy. He certainly did a good job of impacting his team's outcomes this season, as he has been named the winner of the 2024 Reliever of the Year Award for the Western Semi-Pro Circuit.
