Best ESPC Reliever Named

2024 was a year to remember for Bruce Hernandez.
The New York Knights closer was the owner of a 3.26 ERA this season over 105 innings of work. He made 59 relief appearances and had 21 saves, 112 strikeouts, 40 walks and a record of 8 wins and 12 losses.
He's also now got some hardware, as the 33-year-old has been named the Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit Reliever of the Year Award winner.
"It's something I can tell my grandchildren some day, pretty special," he said.
He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Chris Iverson of the D.C. Potomacs finished second in voting, while Bobby Brookman of the Ottawa Capitals finished third.
