WC Starter of the Month Goes to Will Tuesday, October 1st , 2024 Scott Will of the Houston Mavericks outdistanced his peers on the mound this month. He fashioned a fine 5-1 won-lost mark and 2.19 ERA in 6 starts to get the Western Circuit Pitcher of the Month honors. Will had a very impressive September, finishing with 59 strikeouts in 53.1 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .214 average. In 22 starts this season, Will has recorded 10 wins and absorbed 10 losses. He has pitched 169 innings, allowed 170 hits, struck out 173 and has a 4.21 ERA. |
