Miami Eliminated from Playoff Contention Friday, September 20th , 2024 It won't be a season to remember for the Miami Sun Sox, as the club has officially missed out on the playoffs. The Sun Sox were mathematically eliminated from qualification today. "With any luck, in a couple years we will look back on the 2024 season as an important stepping stone to a title," said Miami starting pitcher Isaiah Johnson. Miami hasn't yet made it to the postseason. They haven't made the playoffs in all 15 years of their history. |
