Loons Hennessy Gone for Year Thursday, September 19th , 2024 Rob Hennessy of the Minnesota Loons was injured in today's game against San Diego and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a torn anterior cruciate ligament, and he is expected to be out for up to 7 months. It happened while Hennessy was running the bases. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." To date this season, Hennessy is hitting .197 with 5 home runs. |
