Canales Muzzles San Diego Bats Thursday, September 12th , 2024 Leo Canales was dynamite at Tony Gywnn Park, blowing away the San Diego Roadrunners in a shutout victory. The Houston Mavericks starter had everything working as he held the Roadrunners to 4 hits in the 4-0 win. "He was pure nasty out there today," said San Diego skipper Larry Link. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing." Canales finished the game with 8 strikeouts and 1 walk.
