The home team was supported by a raucous crowd at Blues Field.

The Indianapolis Clowns trumped the Miami Sun Sox, 7-2, at Blues Field. Indianapolis third baseman Robbie Bibriesca was terrific. He went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The setback makes Miami 32-49.

With Indianapolis trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Bibriesca hit a 2-run single off Miami hurler Cesar Mijares. It was the 82nd hit of the season for Bibriesca and put his team ahead, 2-1.

"Good team win," Bibriesca said. "I love it when a plan comes together."
