The Indianapolis Clowns topped the Detroit Motors, 8-3, in Eastern Circuit action at The Motor Yard. The standout performance belonged to Indianapolis pitcher and Seoul, South Korea, native Taek-hyun Yoon. With the victory, the Clowns upped their record to 31-28.

Indianapolis used the timely hitting of Sam Abel to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Clowns on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Big team win," Yoon said later.
