The Minnesota Loons picked up a win at The Asylum at Loons Ballpark, knocking off the Los Angeles Knights, 4-2. Starting pitcher Shawn Holliday was a big reason why. The winner was Holliday. He threw 6.2 innings of 3-hit ball. The loser was Matthew Jacobs. Minnesota now sits at 11-20, while Los Angeles falls to 16-15.

Gianfrancesco Bracco had a big run-scoring double for the Loons in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Minnesota leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a sinker from Matthew Jacobs and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 6th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Loons ahead, 2-0.

"We did enough to win," said Bracco.
