Indianapolis Clowns starter Taek-hyun Yoon had all his pitches working at Blues Field. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-2 Indianapolis win over the Nashville Bluebirds. Yoon yielded 2 runs over 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 2-4. The third-place Clowns lifted their record to 16-11.

Alex Flores had a big 2-run home run for the Clowns in the bottom of the third inning. With Indianapolis trailing 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a fastball from 35-year old left-handed pitcher Jose Corona and punished it. The result was his 4th home run of the season, which put the Clowns on top, 2-1.

Flores called the win the result of "everyone working in tandem."
