Clowns Net 7-4 Win Over Gothams
The 7-4 Indianapolis win over New York City was due largely to Brian Gilmour. The Clowns catcher was 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. No one expected much of this team, but the hot start by Indianapolis might have some re-evaluating their pre-season predictions. This latest win lifts their record to 11-6.

Gilmour contributed in the top of the second. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Indianapolis get the win.

"See ball, hit ball. When I think too much, that's when I get in trouble," Gilmour told the Indianapolis Herald.
