Union Come Back Late to Clip Warriors
The Chicago Union had to overcome a fine effort from Washington pitcher Manny Reyes to win, 5-4, at Warriors Park. Reyes went 6.1 innings and allowed 1 run. Earning his 2nd save for Chicago was Jason McNeal. The defeat makes the Warriors 5-10.

It could have been a different outcome for Chicago, had it not been for Robert DeRosa, the 30-year old catcher . DeRosa contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the eighth inning to put Chicago up, 5-4.

"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said DeRosa. "You've got to get results."
