D.C. Advances to SPBC Classic Series
The D.C. Potomacs have swept the Quebec City Admirals and are on to the SPBC Classic Series. D.C. won 4-2 today at Ballpark of the Potomac to clinch the Circuit Championship Series.

"We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said D.C. center fielder Eric Franck, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning."

Franck won the award with a .385 batting average and a .467 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The SPBC Classic Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Circuit Championship Series finishes.
