Clowns Improve to 7-3 with 6-2 Win
Indianapolis registered a win at Boston Commons by beating the Boston Shamrocks, 6-2. Pitcher Fernando Palomino was one reason why the Clowns triumphed. Matthew Browning picked up the save, his 1st. Now 3-7, the Shamrocks have not played well this season.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Garrett Thomason? The Indianapolis shortstop had a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Clowns on top, 3-1. For the game, Thomason had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Fernando did what Fernando does," said Indianapolis manager Matt Mays.
