Haasz Rocks Voodoo for 3 HRs Monday, June 19th , 2023 Fans seated in the bleacher section at PBC Rookie Development Complex were taking cover all day long as Kevin Haasz zeroed in on them, rattling three long blasts off the seats in a display of Herculean power. The big game from the San Francisco (R) catcher helped the Peanuts take the victory, 9-3, over the New Orleans (R) Voodoo. "I told myself not to press on the last one," he told reporters in the postgame press conference. "I knew I couldn't force it -- it has to be a nice easy swing." For the game, he collected 4 hits in 5 at-bats, drove in 3 and scored 4 runs. Kevin Haasz doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Gamal Mariuki in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Ernesto Baez in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Mario Ramos in the 8th.
