5-for-5 Game for Hill Wednesday, September 20th , 2023 It was nearly a perfect day for Ryan Hill at PBC Rookie Development Complex. Although the Boston (R) Shamrocks center fielder was sensational at the plate, collecting 5 base hits in 5 at-bats, it just wasn't enough to keep the Shamrocks from falling to the Detroit (R) Motors. Detroit (R) spoiled his great day at the plate by winning the game, 10-9. Ryan Hill singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Chris Prieto in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Javier Gonzales in the 6th and singled in the 9th. So far this year, Hill is batting .325 with 7 home runs and 31 RBIs. View Boxscore |
