Clowns Marco Gone for Year Wednesday, September 20th , 2023 Raul Marco has to call it a season. The Indianapolis (R) Clowns reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Philadelphia (R) Keystones and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Marco was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. So far this season, Marco has a 2-0 won-lost record with no saves. He has made 14 relief appearances, logged 31.2 innings and fanned 24 batters while fashioning a 8.81 ERA and allowing the opposition a .383 batting average. |
