Young Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Wednesday, August 23rd , 2023 It was a magical day at the plate for Minnesota (R) Loons shortstop Bobby Young. The 19-year-old Young helped lift Minnesota (R) to a win, 11-4, over the New Orleans (R) Voodoo at PBC Rookie Development Complex. Young smacked 5 hits in 5 at-bats to spark his club. Bobby Young singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, walked in the 9th and singled in the 9th.
