Week's Premier Performer Honored by RCLE Monday, August 21st , 2023 Atlanta (R) Pilots center fielder Abakada Masamba had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the RCL East named him Player of the Week. Masamba banged out 10 hits in 24 at-bats on the way to a .417 batting average. He also racked up 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Masamba is swinging at a .272 pace on the year with 9 home runs, 31 RBIs and 28 runs scored. He has played in 44 games. |
