Hit Streak Now at 20 for Ortega Monday, August 7th , 2023 Danny Ortega collected 1 hit in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. His club, the Houston (R) Mavericks, beat the Arizona (R) Suns, 5-4. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," Ortega quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking."
