Oil City's T.J. Bergeson Injured Friday, September 8th , 2023 A blow for T.J. Bergeson today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 13-14 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Bergeson suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Oil City Oilers are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Bergeson's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. On the year, Bergeson has recorded 12 saves with a 2-2 record over 41.1 innings. He has mowed down 49 batters on strikes and walked 15 with an ERA of 2.18. |
