San Diego Eliminated from Playoff Contention Saturday, August 26th , 2023 It wasn't meant to be for the San Diego Aztecs this year. Despite a tough battle, they were eliminated from playoff contention today. "It is a bad feeling," said Aztecs shortstop Bobby Stern. "Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen. But you've gotta get in there first, and we weren't able to do that." In their 8 seasons in Amateur Baseball Circuit, the Aztecs have still yet to qualify for the playoffs. |
