Hollywood's McAlister Sidelined for Season Friday, July 28th , 2023 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Dallas Bulls, Stars third baseman John McAlister was injured colliding with a player at a base and is expected to miss 4 months with a fractured ankle. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Hollywood skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow.
