Tampa Bay's Seiler Wins Rookie of the Year Friday, November 10th , 2023 The 2023 Eastern Circuit Rookie of the Year Award has gone to Adam Seiler of the Tampa Bay Thunder. In his debut season he hit .341, drove in 30 runs and scored 41 times, while playing in 82 games. The 23-year-old newcomer also had 37 doubles, 2 triples and 5 home runs. He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 24. Bryan Mas of the Atlanta Pilots finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Tom Shelton of the Chicago Union finished third.
